Sarangapani Jathakam, directed by Mohanakrishna Indraganti and produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad has been buzzing with positivity. The film stars Priyadarshi and Roopa Koduvayur in lead roles, and is set to release on April 18. The director states that Sarangapani Jathakam is a 100% entertaining film. 

“This is my third film in collaboration with Krishna Prasad and we both share a great vibe. The mutual trust has remained strong over the years. Sarangapani Jathakam is not just a family entertainer but a movie that can be enjoyed with extended family and friends as well. Working with Priyadarshi has been a pleasure. He has a keen eye for selecting great stories, and his recent film Court was a big success. We have known each other for a long time, and I am glad we finally got to collaborate on this film. No one else could have fit this role better; it’s tailor-made for him,” said the director, adding that what makes the film special is that it features an all-Telugu cast.

Indraganti adds that leading lady Roopa Koduvayur delivered an outstanding performance. Adding that the entire cast dubbed for themselves making it a truly authentic Telugu film, he stated that the film will come like a breath of fresh air during summer.

Krishna Prasad stated that the film is a clean and fun-filled comic caper that people of all ages can enjoy. The producer shares that his long-standing wish to bankroll a comedy film has finally come true with Sarangapani Jathakam.

“The film revolves around horoscopes, and I personally believe in astrology. I was told that my bad period would last only for a while, and from 2015 onward, my life would take a remarkable turn. And that’s exactly how it happened. All my three films Gentleman, Sammohanam, and Yashoda are blockbusters,” said Prasad, adding that the film conveys an important message that while horoscopes may guide us, we must take action ourselves.
