Amitabh Bachchan extended his warm wishes on the holy occasion of Maha Shivratri. The 82-year-old actor is very active on his X (formerly Twitter) handle where he keeps sharing his life updates, poetry, words of wisdom and more. On February 26, the megastar took to social media to wish his fans on the festival. Wishing netizens, the veteran actor wrote, “Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya Om Namah Shivaya, Maha Shivratri .. Shubh kamnaayein”.
Maha Shivratri is a widely celebrated Hindu festival and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is observed on the 14th night of the new moon during the month of Phalguna. It typically occurs between February and March. One of the widely popular reasons for observing this festival is that it commemorates Lord Shiva and Parvati’s marriage. On this occasion, he performed his divine dance Tandava.
Meanwhile, talking of Big B, there is another post of his that went viral on social media. In a separate post, the actor shared a video of a man driving a solar-powered bike. It was a hand-made seven-seater bike with a solar panel that could travel up to 200 km. It was made with a cost of Rs 8,000-10,000 only. Sharing the video, he jokingly commented, “TESLA decided not to come to India after seeing this.”
On the other hand, Amitabh Bachchan also spoke about his busy schedule on his recent blog. His post read, “An attempt to preempt the writing and be secured in the fact that we are in time and not conscious for the rest of the day that the Blog has not been done .. it is a worry .. and it does cause anxiety. The day has been adventurous .. and after an adventure, another and another .. nothing of any intense value but adventurous all the same. That done .. the creative meet with makers of repute brings an overview of thought which can be related to forthcomings .. Yes of some interest .. yet to fructify but shall have to wait till it does.”
