Reacher Season 3 is here to expand on the action crime universe based on the bestselling novels by author Lee Child. Featuring the book-accurate Alan Ritchson as Jack Reacher, the show’s latest instalment introduces new cases and an interesting new work partnership. Sonya Cassidy’s Susan Duffy is one of the major players this season and she has her work cut out for her.

In an exclusive conversation with Filmfare, the actress broke down her onscreen and off-screen dynamic with Ritchson.

Opening up about their chemistry, Sonya shared, “That chemistry was always there from the get-go. Alan is so lovely and easy to work with. When action was called, it was wonderful to see the switch from Alan who is chatting away and being friendly to going into Reacher mode. When you’re working with actors who are so present and prepared, that’s half the job. You can just be there and listen.”

“What I love about Duffy and Reacher is that they are different people but their values and the way they work are aligned. So, they’re very much on the same page. What’s lovely is when Duffy, like anyone who comes into Reacher’s life, is trying to figure out who the hell this guy is. We see that evolve and grow in a great way throughout the season,” she further added.
