Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise has left a massive void in the film industry. On the actor’s 39th birth anniversary, tributes have been pouring in from his fans and family members.  

Sushant made his television debut with Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil in 2008 where he played a minor character. His breakthrough role was with Ekta Kapoor’s Pavitra Rishta where he shared the screen with Ankita Lokhande and became a household name. Rajput made his Bollywood debut with Kai Po Che! after he was spotted by casting director Mukesh Chhabra. Sushant’s last film was Dil Bechara which was released posthomously.

The late actor was born in Bihar to a technical officer and a homemaker. He was the youngest of five siblings and the only son of his parents.
