South Korean star Song Joong Ki, best known for his role in Vincenzo, welcomed his second child with his wife Katy Louise Saunders. The couple had their first child, a boy, just last year.

As per reports, Song Joong Ki took to his fan cafe to share the happy news with his followers. The Descendants of the Sun actor is presently in Rome with their newborn daughter. He told fans that their baby girl, a “lovely princess” is doing well, and the mother and daughter are both healthy.

He shared, “I’m currently in Rome and it’s been just over a year since I met my first child here. I’m incredibly grateful to announce that we’ve been blessed with another beautiful baby. Our lovely princess was born healthy, and both my wife and our baby are doing well and resting. I’ll take good care of my family here and return to the set soon. Wishing you a warm and happy year-end. Love you all.”

Song Joong Ki’s agency had confirmed that he is expecting his second child back in July. The actor tied the knot with Saunders back in January 2023.
